Jeremy Lancaster, 51, of Maceo passed away Sunday, June 7, 2026, at Select Specialty Hospital in Evansville. The Daviess County native was born November 5, 1974, to Debbie McDaniel and the late George Lancaster. Jeremy attended Apollo High School but graduated from Daviess County with the class of 1993. He enjoyed skateboarding, playing his guitar, video games, and especially his three daughters and grandson, Ezra, whom he affectionately called E.Z. In a social setting, Jeremy was the gravity everyone would be pulled toward with his sense of humor and contagious laughter. He was always up for a good time and traveled the U.S. as an avid concert and music festival attendee.
In addition to his father, Jeremy was preceded in death by his stepfather, Billy McDaniel.
Those left to cherish his memory include his three daughters, Hailey, Lilly, and Riley Lancaster; grandson, Ezra (E.Z.); mother, Debbie McDaniel; sisters, Melissa Price (Barry), Amy Lancaster, and Deanna Honeycut (Brian); the mother of his children, Tanya Lancaster; and his five dogs, Hobbes, Mia, Uno, Finn, and Pongo.
A visitation and celebration of Jeremy’s life will be held Thursday, June 11 from 2:00 until 7:00 with a special music tribute at 6:15 pm at Glenn Funeral Home and Crematory. In honor of Jeremy’s love of music, the family encourages you to wear a concert T-shirt to the visitation.
