A contractor plans to install a lane restriction on KY2831/Frederica Street at the intersection of Park Plaza (mile marker 1.579) in order to work out of a manhole in the right northbound lane.
The work will begin at 7 a.m.
The contractor will close off the Frederica access to the Owensboro Health Business Center in order to perform this work. Access to the facility will be via West 25th Street.
Scheduled for completion the same day, the work could last up to 12 hours.
