The Kentucky State Police has received several media requests for interviews regarding the impending winter weather storm expected to arrive in Kentucky later this evening. For that reason, and in an effort to assist all media outlets across the state, KSP is providing a taped video interview with KSP Spokesman Sergeant Billy Gregory for media dissemination. This taped interview contains commentary regarding winter weather driving with a focus on black ice, which is expected to be a significant factor with this winter storm.
