Spectra, the providers of Venue Management and Food Services & Hospitality to the Owensboro Sportscenter is excited to announce the iconic classic rock band, KANSAS will be in concert on Saturday, June 8 at 8:00pm!
With a legendary career spanning more than four decades and a catalogue that includes fifteen studio albums and two one million-selling gold singles, ‘Carry On Wayward Son’ and ‘Dust in the Wind,’ KANSAS continues to remain a fixture of classic rock radio.
Tickets will go on sale on Friday, March 29 at 10am. Tickets are $49, $69, and $95 and will be available online at OwensboroTickets.com, at the Owensboro Convention Center Box Office, or charge by phone at 270-297-9932. Additional processing fees apply to all ticket sales.
The band is currently comprised of original drummer Phil Ehart, bassist/vocalist Billy Greer, keyboardist David Manion, vocalist/keyboardist Ronnie Platt, violinist/guitarist David Ragsdale, guitarist Zak Rizvi, and original guitarist Richard Williams. KANSAS continues to perform in front of large and enthusiastic audiences around the world.
Along with constant touring, the band has reached a whole new audience through their unmistakable presence on the popular video games Rock Band and Guitar Hero, and through their songs’ inclusion in various television shows such as ‘Supernatural,’ and ‘South Park,’ and with films ‘Old School,’ and ‘Anchorman.’
