Pigtails & Cowlicks is again hosting their multi-day sale that allows families to buy or sell high-quality children’s items at bargain prices.
The event is held at the Owensboro Convention Center. General public shopping, with no ticket required, is set for Friday and Saturday. However, tickets can also be purchased for access on Wednesday and Thursday. Tickets are available here.
A $15 ticket allows access to the VIP presale on Wednesday and includes a large Pigtails & Cowlicks canvas bag to shop with and take home. An $8 ticket allows access to the early bird presale on Thursday. There are limited tickets available, and they are non-refundable. Each adult that enters needs to have their own purchased presale ticket.
The free new-parent presale ticket will also allow access to the Thursday sale. A new parent is considered anyone expecting a child, parents with an infant less than 12 months of age, anyone in the process of adopting a child, and anyone fostering a child under the age of 12 months. Grandparents with a grandchild that fit the criteria are also welcome to register for a pass.
