All of Malcolm Bryant Corporation’s managed hotels were announced as TripAdvisor’s 2022 Travelers’ Choice Award winners Thursday.
Malcolm Bryant manages the Hampton Inn & Suites Owensboro Downtown/Waterfront, Hampton Inn Owensboro South and Hampton Inn Louisville Northeast. All three properties were recognized as in the top 10% of hotels worldwide based on consistently great reviews.
“We are thrilled to be recognized at all of our hotel properties not only by TripAdvisor, but by our spectacular guests who consistently provide us with great reviews. Our team’s commitment to industriousness, innovation, respect, excellence and compassion is in everything we do, and we are glad that the end result is a satisfied guest,” Corporation President Madison Silvert said.
Sharon NeSmith, General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Owensboro Downtown/Waterfront, said the experience of each guest is extremely important to the staff so they can make the guests happy during their stay.
Silvert said plans are in the works for three new locations; the first is Hampton Inn and Suites at Mosiac in Pittsboro, North Carolina. The groundbreaking has just begun on the site, and they plan to be up and running in 2023.
The hotel is planned to be 120-rooms, five stories and Pittsboro’s first business hotel, according to Mosiac’s website.
They also plan to have a location a second location in Louisville.
