There will be another free paper shredding event from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Friday in the Owensboro Sportscenter parking lot.
Gather up old files, receipts, cancelled checks, tax forms and other sensitive documents for safe disposal.
The event is open to all Daviess County residents, businesses and institutions. There is a 100-pound paper limit per vehicle.
