Since the restaurant’s first health inspection in February 2016, the health department has scored Los Cabos with a C five different times. On June 1, they received a C for 11 violations, ranging from outer openings on the building not being protected from insects or rodents to food being spoiled or in poor condition. The health department did a follow-up inspection on June 11 and gave the restaurant an A, with only one minor violation on record.
