On Monday, Dec. 31, 2018, at approximately 9:36 p.m., the Owensboro Police Department responded to a firearm discharge in the 700 block of Elm Street.
Officers located an occupied vehicle that had been struck one time with gunfire.
There were two people inside of the vehicle; neither individual was injured from the incident.
