Just before 10 p.m. Monday night, 47-year-old Matthew Boarman, of the 4300 block of Plantation Point, was arrested for driving under the influence (DUI), after his vehicle collided with a train.
According to the Owensboro Police Department, Boarman drove onto the tracks near Ewing Road and Triad Lane and the train hit him, but there were no injuries from the incident.
