A 15-year-old male was killed in a Saturday night shooting, according to the Owensboro Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.
According to a release, at approximately 9:55 p.m. Saturday, OPD responded to the 2200 Block of E. 19th Street for a reported firearm discharge. Upon arrival officers located a deceased 15-year-old male with a single gunshot wound inside the residence.
