A portion of East 4th Street near Maplewood Drive is closed following a non-injury accident involving an overturned vehicle and a utility pole that needs to be repaired, according to the Owensboro Police Department.
However, there will be traffic issues as OMU will need several hours to repair the pole, according to OPD.
Eastbound traffic on 4th Street is detoured at Wing Avenue.
