Kiren E. Goode, 24, of the 1900 block of Village Run was charged Friday with driving under the influence, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael R. Dyer, 31, of Richland, Ind. was charged Friday with driving under the influence.
Gerardo B. Borrego, 47, of the 2000 block of West Ninth Street was charged Friday with possession of synthetic drugs.
