Luke Anthony Alexander, 21, of the 1500 block of E. 11th Street was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and carrying a prescription controlled substance not properly in its container.
Steven R. Brown, 19, of the 900 block of Elsmere Street was charged Saturday with a warrant for third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, and carrying a prescription controlled substance not properly in its container. Brown was also charged with a warrant for three counts of failure to appear, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, giving an officer false identifying information and tampering with physical evidence.
