A traffic accident injured one person on Friday in the 1000 block of Crabtree Ave. at 3:25 p.m. Jeremy A. Peay, 34, of the 4100 block of Whittier Dr. and Leslie R. Redd, 39, of the 1200 block of W. 7th St. were driving in the accident. Redd was injured and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A second-degree burglary was reported Thursday in the 2600 block of Lancaster Ave. A guitar and TV were reported stolen at a value of $300.
In the 2500 block of Westwood Ave. on Friday, a theft by unlawful taking (firearm) was reported. A firearm was reported stolen at a value of $100.
A second-degree assault was reported Friday in the 1800 block of W. 6th St.
