Charlie W. Calloway, 43, of the 500 block of St. Ann Street was charged Wednesday with careless driving, driving under the influence (2nd offense), operating a vehicle on a suspended operating license, and possession of a controlled substance.
Christen Stewart, 30, of the 700 block of Walnut Park Drive was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (firearm), theft by unlawful taking (controlled substance) and theft by unlawful taking from a building.
Mario Howard, 38, of the 1000 block of Gardenside Drive was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
Kevin Evans, 39, of the 300 block of Crittenden Drive was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
Timothy Villafranca, 25, of the 2200 block of Eastland Drive was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, and an indictment warrant (Ohio County) for failure to appear.
