Daniel A. Duke, 35, of the 1900 block of Hall Street was charged Thursday with first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor–illegal controlled substance given to a minor under 16 years of age.
Cody Lee Benningfield, 19, of Rockport, In. was charged Thursday with first-degree unlawful transaction with a minor–illegal controlled substance given to a minor under 16 years of age.
