Damian Morrow, 46, of the 2400 block of O’Bryan Blvd. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; first offense) and violation of an EPO.
Chad Michael Cotton, 31, of the 1200 block of Bluff Ave. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

William J. Russelburg, 42, of the 600 block of Daniels Ln. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (first offense).
Daniel L. Powell, 41, of the 1000 block of Coal Bank Rd. was charged Friday with probation violation for a felony offense.
