Jeremy D. Mathis, 34, of the 3200 block of Deer Trl. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Travon Anthony, 31, of the 3500 block of Chesterfield Ave. was charged Monday with a complaint warrant for first-degree assault and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.
