Owensboro Police Department

A collision occurred Tuesday at the corner of Frederica Street and W. 18th Street at 2:41 p.m. Robert L. Hall, 89, of the 5000 block of Meadowlark Drive and Viktoria M. Lawson, 21, of the 5700 block of Old Highway 54 were driving in the wreck. Lawson was injured and treated at OHRH.

At the 900 block of E. 4th Street, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Wednesday. A Toyota Tundra was reported stolen at an estimated value of $5,000.

At the 1800 block of Bittel Road, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of all other $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Wednesday. A black Playstation 4 and a Playstation controller were reported stolen at a value of $349.

A first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported Wednesday at the 1300 block of W. 2nd Street. A counterfeit $100 was reported to OPD.

At the 3200 block of Villa Point, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile $10,000 or more and under $1,000,000 was reported Wednesday. A Chevy Impala was reported stolen at an approximate value of $14,000.

On Wednesday, a second-degree burglary was reported at the 900 block of E. 19th Street. A Bluetooth speaker and a Dewalt saw were reported stolen at an approximate value of $550.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

On Wednesday, a collision occurred on KY 2155 at 8:15 p.m. Aaron J. Creager, 31, of the 200 block of E. 9th Street and Darien M. McCubbins, 24, of the 500 block of Center Street were drivers involved in the accident. McCubbins was injured and transported to OHRH for treatment.
