Scotty Miller, 49, of the 1900 block of Standish Pl. was charged Friday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (aggravated circumstances; first offense), possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to produce insurance card.

Nathan Polston, 35, homeless, was charged Friday with possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, second-degree fleeing/evading police on foot and parole violation.

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

Jennifer Ivers, 44, of the 300 block of E. Lake St. was charged Friday with third-degree burglary, theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile $10,000 or more and under $1,000,000 and first-degree criminal mischief.

Roger K. Ellis, 52, of the 6300 block of Sutherlin Ln. was charged Friday with probation violation for a felony offense.

Lacy E. Jean, 43, of the 10000 block of McCamish Rd., was charged Friday with reckless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.

Reva S. Lee, 25, of the 900 block of Hartford Pike, was charged Friday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (amphetamines), second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified), possession of drug paraphernalia and endangering the welfare of a minor.
