Latrell Black, 25, of the 1300 block of Allen St. was charged Friday with possession of marijuana, third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (first offense), trafficking in a controlled substance within 1,000 yards of a school, tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree fleeing/evading police on foot, third-degree criminal mischief, leaving the scene of an accident–failure to render aid, failure to wear a seatbelt, a second count of third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree disorderly conduct, and third-degree assault on a police or probation officer.

Cynthia L. Brown, 50, of the 200 block of Cinderella Dr. was charged Friday with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile $500 or more and under $10,000.
Larry Barnett, 30, of the 4900 block of Millers Mill Rd. was charged Friday with a warrant for possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
