At the 900 block of Frederica St. on Wednesday, a traffic accident occurred at 7:22 p.m. Drivers included Rachel C. Besing, 31, of the 3300 block of Old Mill Ln. and Gary Blair, 72, of the 800 block of E. 6th St. Blair was injured in the accident and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A traffic accident occurred Thursday on New Hartford Rd. at 7:30 p.m. Drivers involved included Florence O. Ogah, 38, of the 2300 block of Trails Lake and Amy L. Morrison, 35, of the 1600 block of Griffith Ave. Morrison was injured in the accident and was transported to OHRH for treatment.
At the 700 block of Stone St. on Thursday, a third-degree burglary was reported. Nothing was reported stolen.
At the 1100 block of Oglesby St. on Thursday, a second-degree burglary was reported. A Playstation 4 was reported stolen at an estimated value of $350.
On E. 16th St. on Thursday, a second-degree assault was reported.
At the 300 block of W. Veterans Blvd. on Thursday, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition from a building $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. $4,567 was reported stolen in blue money bags.
