Robert Patton, 44, of the 1900 block of Prince Ave. was charged Sunday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

 

Michael McBride, 21, of the 300 block of Ed Brown Rd. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (aggravated circumstances).

 

Paul J. Lanham, 43, of the 1600 block of E. 20th St. was charged Sunday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Michael Easter, 30, homeless, was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile $500 or more and under $10,000.

 

Toby Morris, 41, of the 5300 block of Ashland Ave. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (third offense).

Jason K. Wilson, 41, of unknown residence was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), receiving stolen property under $10,000, tampering with physical evidence and obscuring the identity of a machine $500 or more and under $10,000.

 

Patrick A. Smith, 29, of the 800 block of N. Lincoln Ave. was charged Sunday with second-degree burglary and violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.

 

Richard Polston, 62, of the 3100 block of Burlew Blvd. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (third offense) and driving on a DUI suspended license (second offense).
