Howard Brown, 49, of the 600 block of Daniels Ln. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Charlie Calloway, 43, of the 500 block of St. Ann St. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
