Sharron R. Thornton, 25, of the 900 block of Lisbon Dr. was charged Friday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ronald D. Boggs, 45, of the 800 block of E. 21st St. was charged Friday with two counts of first-degree possession of controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
