Owensboro Police Department

Kenneth E. Wallen, 35, of the 700 block of Hall St. was charged Saturday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; first offense.

Jordan Lane, 28, of Paducah was charged Saturday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance; second offense.

Deborah Baker, 55, of the 500 block of Walnut St. was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew McFarland, 32, of unknown residence was charged Saturday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Matthew N. Hart, 39, of the 400 block of Hathaway St. was charged Saturday with second-degree burglary, possession of drug paraphernalia and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth; first offense).

 

Daviess County Sheriff’s Office

Joshua R. Decker, 34, of the 300 block of High St. was charged Saturday with a warrant for parole violation and for theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile $500 or more and under $10,000.

Matthew H. York, 27, of the 1800 block of Wink Ct. was charged Saturday with menacing, resisting arrest, second-degree disorderly conduct, carrying a concealed weapon, third-degree criminal mischief and third-degree assault on a police officer or probation officer.

Lisa D. Boyens, 53, of the 100 block of E. 24th St. was charged Saturday with a warrant for fraudulent use of a credit card $500 or more and under $10,000 and theft–receipt of stolen credit/debit card.
