Owensboro Police Department

Tyreck D. Dixon, 20, of the 2900 block of Arizona Ct. was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary.

Nathan W. Polston, 35, of the 500 block of Center St. was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking or disposition of contents from a vehicle $500 or more and under $10,000.

Roger D. Greathouse, 29, of the 2200 block of Old Henderson Rd. was charged Wednesday with first-degree wanton endangerment.

Carl A. Grundy, 52, of the 1600 block of W. 9th St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (third offense).

Roger Roach, 44, of the 3300 block of Hwy. 144 was charged Wednesday with fugitive from another state.

Joshua S. Everly, 30, of the 2600 block of Brown Rd. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (third offense).

Jeffrey S. Simpson, 48, of the 9900 block of Collier Rd. was charged Wednesday with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of drug paraphernalia and cultivating in marijuana (5 plants or more found).
