Christopher R. Boyd, 30, of Philpot was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.
Julius Greer, 18, of the 400 block of Center St. was charged Monday with first-degree assault.
Julia Dowlen, 42, of the 1100 block of Pennbrooke Ave. was charged Monday with probation violation for a felony offense.
