A hit-and-run accident occurred Friday at the corner of W. 5th St. and Carter Rd. at 10:20 p.m. A pedestrian, Earl M. Swift, 25, of the 1200 block of Gardendale Ave. was injured in the accident and was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
In the 1900 block of Colonial Ct. on Friday, a third-degree burglary was reported. A generator was reported stolen at an estimated value of $100.
In the 2200 block of Bluff Ave. on Friday, a theft of a legend drug under $300 was reported.
