A traffic accident occurred Saturday at the corner of Fairview Dr. and Settles Rd. at 12:57 a.m. Drivers in the accident included Braxton Grisby, 19, of the 2300 block of Blossom Ct. and Jesse D. Rhinerson, 24, of Philpot. Neither driver was injured, but three of Rhinerson’s passengers reported injuries in the accident. Sally J. Cravens, 52, of the 4500 block of Countryside Dr., Leah Cravens, 24, of the 4500 block of Countryside Dr. and a juvenile were transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for injuries.

In the 2100 block of Summer Wk. on Friday, a second-degree burglary was reported. A motorcycle was reported stolen at an estimated value of $8,000.

In the 1600 block of Mohawk Dr. on Friday, a third-degree assault on a police officer or probation officer, a first-degree disorderly conduct, a third-degree terroristic threatening and resisting arrest were reported.

In the 2600 block of S. Griffith Ave. on Friday, a third-degree assault on a school employee or volunteer was reported at Owensboro Middle School.

In the 1200 block of W. 5th St. on Saturday, a second-degree robbery was reported.

In the 3200 block of Lewis Ln. on Saturday, a first-degree unlawful access to a computer and a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of all others $500 or more and under $10,000 were reported. $500 cash was withdrawn from the victim’s account through an ATM.

In the 3900 block of Benttree Dr. on Saturday, a second-degree burglary was reported.

In the 3200 block of St. Ann St. on Saturday, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of a controlled substance under $10,000 was reported.

In the 1800 block of McCulloch Ave. on Saturday, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of an automobile $10,000 or more and under $1,000,000 was reported. A 2008 Chevy Malibu was reported stolen at an estimated value of $15,025.

In the 2300 block of Bittle Rd. on Saturday, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of contents from a vehicle $500 or more and under $10,000 and a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of a firearm were reported. A pistol and $900 cash were reported stolen at an estimated value of $2,150.

A traffic accident occurred Saturday at the 700 block of Luther Taylor Rd. at 3:18 p.m. The single-vehicle accident involved driver James A. Pate, 32, of Philpot. Pate was injured in the accident and was transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for evaluation.

A traffic accident occurred Saturday on US-60 at 4:46 p.m. Drivers in the wreck included Joshua A. Gibson, 33, of the 900 block of Villagebrook Trace and Monicah D. Muller, 64, of the 700 block of Madison Ave. Muller was injured in the accident and was taken to OHRH for treatment.
