In the 1700 block of Windsor Ave. on Tuesday, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition from a building $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. Two camcorders and an HP Pavilion were reported stolen at an estimated value of $900.

 

In the 4500 block of Frederica St. on Tuesday, a theft by unlawful taking or disposition from a building $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. An iPhone 7, a wallet containing $100 cash and a Samsung Galaxy E Tablet were reported stolen at an estimated value of $760.

 

A traffic accident between a driver and a pedestrian on a bicycle occurred Tuesday at the corner of W. 2nd St. and Crabtree Ave. at 4:15 p.m. Driver Charles N. Small, 51, of the 300 block of Longfellow Dr. wrecked into Katherine N. Lester, 32, of the 2500 block of Ebach St. while Lester was riding her bicycle. Lester was injured in the accident and was taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.

 

A traffic accident occurred Tuesday at the corner of Frederica St. and Tamarack Rd. at 7:19 a.m. Drivers in the wreck included John D. Teets, 74, of the 3000 block of Sterling Ct. and Allison B. Haynes, 30, of the 300 block of E. 27th St. Haynes was injured in the wreck and was taken to OHRH for treatment.

A traffic accident occurred Monday at the 3000 block of KY 1207 at 7:15 a.m. Drivers in the wreck were Lesley Rusher, 45, of the 3000 block of Hwy. 1207 and Cassandra Barnett, 18, of the 600 block of Main St. Rusher was injured in the accident and was taken to OHRH for treatment.
