Sherman Powers, 46, of the 2000 block of Hughes Ave. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and theft by unlawful taking under $500.

Addie M. Tinsley, 23, of the 4000 block of Brentwood Dr. was charged Thursday with second-degree burglary.

Valerie Rhoades, 52, of the 1000 block of Pennbrooke Ave. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Haley Benningfield, 27, of the 800 block of Marianna Dr. was charged with burglary.

Nina Williams, 28, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged with an indictment warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of synthetic drugs and possession of marijuana.

Todd Brey, 47, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged with an indictment warrant for second-degree burglary.

Jessica Ballis, 28, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of endangering the welfare of a minor.

Landen Payne, 27, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for second-degree robbery.

Clyde J. Bynum, 25, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with receiving stolen property (firearm), trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a handgun by a convicted felon.

Alisabeth Douglas, 29, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for promoting contraband in the first degree, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence and theft of identity of another without consent.

Blaine Burden, 19, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for bribery of a public servant, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), third-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and theft of identity of another without consent.

Christopher Ray, 22, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for first-degree fleeing/evading police, tampering with physical evidence and possession of marijuana.

Christopher French, 38, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence, second-degree fleeing/evading police, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument and third-degree burglary.

Casey Deringer, 22, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for second-degree burglary, third-degree burglary, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Stephen Patton, 26, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for first-degree sexual abuse–victim under 12 years of age.

Trenten Hall, 53, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (4th or subsequent offense; aggravated circumstances) and driving on a DUI suspended license (2nd or subsequent offense; aggravated circumstances).

Chance Morton, 30, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (drug unspecified), prescription controlled substance not in its proper container, three counts of second-degree wanton endangerment and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (aggravated circumstances).

Shamari Morton, 20, of the Daviess County Detention Center was charged Thursday with an indictment warrant for second-degree robbery.

Sandra Ann Vanover, 44, of the 1300 block of Holly Ave. was charged Thursday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
