Brandon K. Sutton, 25, of the 4700 block of Kings Mill Dr. was charged Sunday with theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) under $500, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Tony Vanover, 50, of the 2000 block of Prince Ave. was charged Sunday with third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified).

Courtney A. Warner, 40, of the 1300 block of Irvington Heights was charged Sunday with fugitive from another state.
