Theresa A. Lyons, 48, of the 1300 block of W. 2nd St. was charged Saturday with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
Kirk W. Knight, 48, of Newburgh, In. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances) and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in motor vehicle prohibited.
Samuel T. Burden, 24, of the 700 block of Schneider Tanner Ln. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (aggravated circumstances), third-degree possession of a controlled substance (drug unspecified) and possession of marijuana.

Derrick T. Roberts, 32, of the 1400 block of Sutter Loop was charged Saturday with illegal possession of a legend drug, tampering with physical evidence and theft of identity of another without consent.
Gayland Ainsworth, 66, of Eros, La. was charged Saturday with driving under the influence, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.
