Codi Devins, 26, of the 1200 block of Lancaster Ave. was charged Wednesday with theft of mail matter.

John Ghrist, 24, homeless, was charged Wednesday with second-degree fleeing/evading police, second-degree disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, public intoxication, possession of drug paraphernalia, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and third-degree terroristic threatening.

Marcus A. Calhoun, 34, of the 200 block of W. 9th St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).

Charles W. Stewart, 52, of the 1800 block of S. Chesterfield Dr. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (2nd or subsequent offense).

Misty Morgan, 39, of the 2700 block of Allen St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree promotion of contraband, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc. (aggravated circumstances).

Rebecca E. Hodskins, 25, of the 1300 block of Bowtie Trail was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.

William Yeckering, 31, of the 500 block of Greystone Dr. was charged Thursday with fugitive from another state.

Zachary J. Huber, 34, of the 2100 block of E. Columbia St. was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000.

Eric O. Berry, 62, of the 7700 block of Knottsville Mt. Zion Rd. was charged Wednesday with theft of mail matter and two counts of alcohol intoxication.

Tabitha L. Kirby, 32, of the 700 block of Elm St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Samuel J. Riley, 43, of the 1200 block of State Route 279 N. was charged Monday with receiving stolen property under $10,000.

Eric N. Towery, 39, of the 10300 block of Jewell Rd. was charged Monday with receiving stolen property under $10,000 and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Shamari Morton, 20, of the 2200 block of Fulkerson Dr. was charged Sunday with third-degree terroristic threatening, second-degree burglary and third-degree criminal mischief.
