Brittany Gray, 23, of the 2100 block of E. 19th St. was charged Monday with trafficking in a controlled substance (meth).
Christopher Haywood, 40, of the 100 block of Derwin George St. was charged Monday with driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, etc.
