Samuel J. Riley, 42, of the 1200 block of Hwy. 279 was charged Tuesday with theft by unlawful taking of an automobile $500 or more and under $10,000.

 

Ryan W. Stuteville, 32, of Newburg, In. was charged Tuesday with fugitive from another state.

 

Codi Devins, 26, of the 1200 block of Lancaster Rd. was charged Tuesday with receiving stolen property under $10,000, operating on a suspended license, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana, second-degree burglary and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

Terry Steward, 33, of unknown residence was charged Tuesday with trafficking in marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

 

James Kingsley, 35, homeless, was charged Tuesday with third-degree assault, first-degree criminal trespassing and resisting arrest.

 

Joe Harper, 54, of the 4900 block of Hwy. 54 was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence, second-degree burglary, third-degree criminal trespassing and theft by unlawful taking under $500.

 

Daniel Moore, 39, of unknown residence was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and public intoxication.

 

Victoria Micaletti, 24, of the 800 block of Hall St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of marijuana and third-degree possession of a controlled substance.

 

Brittany L. Chatman, 32, homeless, was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

 

Brian Hagan, 30, of the 2000 block of McCulloch Ave. was charged Tuesday with possession of marijuana, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and tampering with physical evidence.

 

Jessica Glass, 24, of the 600 block of Bolivar St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.

Jennifer Ray, 30, of the 700 block of Greenbriar St. was charged Tuesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance and possession of marijuana.
