In the 4600 block of Frederica St. on Tuesday, a second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported. A counterfeit check was reported to OPD.

 

A fourth-degree assault and a theft by unlawful taking or disposition of a controlled substance under $10,000 were reported Wednesday. Xanax was reported stolen at an estimated value of $5.

 

A first-degree robbery was reported in the 3800 block of W. 5th St. on Thursday. A blue and gold watch was reported stolen at an estimated value of $11.

A traffic accident occurred Wednesday on Kentucky 56 at 12:44 p.m. Drivers in the wreck included Martin A. Pruden, 28, of the 8000 block of Hwy. 56 and Phillip M. Clouse, 46, of the 9500 block of Mulligan Rd. Clouse was injured in the accident and was taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
