A traffic accident occurred Saturday in the 400 block of E. 7th St. at 3:12 p.m. Drivers Darrius Jones, 21, of the 500 block of 4th St. and Tevin Washington, 23, of the 2600 block of E. Yellowstone were involved in the accident. Washington was injured and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.
A theft of mail matter was reported Saturday in the 1700 block of W. 12th St. $40 in contents were reported stolen.
In the 5100 block of Frederica St. on Saturday, a theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. Two Apple watches were reported stolen at an estimated value of $1,529.97.
A first-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument was reported Saturday in the 4100 block of Frederica St. A counterfeit $100 bill was reported to authorities.
A first-degree wanton endangerment was reported Saturday in the 300 block of Maple St.
