James Costello, 31, of Hartford was charged Sunday with third-degree criminal trespassing, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia (deliver/manufacture).

Tasha A. Langley, 35, of the 1200 block of Haynes Ave. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Merli A. Melgar Mone, 27, of Jasper, IN. was charged Sunday with driving under the influence.

Christopher G. Rice, 40, of the 100 block of E. 18th St. was charged Sunday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Martin A. Montemayor, 25, of the 1800 block of Triplett St. was charged Sunday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Robert C. Hines, 46, of unknown residence was charged Sunday with third-degree burglary and first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Hunter Ranson, 20, of Evansville was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth).

Elizabeth M. Brathwaite, 53, of the 300 block of E. 3rd St. was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth) and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rickey Harris, 59, of the 1600 block of Triplett St. was charged Monday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), possession of drug paraphernalia and giving an officer false identifying information.

Steven A. Petri, 42, of the 10800 block of Hwy. 951 was charged Sunday with driving under the influence and possession of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle prohibited.
