Logan B. Boling, 300, of the 2500 block of Cravens St. was charged Wednesday with second-degree burglary.
Keyonja Barnes, 19, of Evansville was charged Wednesday with fugitive from another state.
Crystal J. Harrison, 45, of the 2500 block of Ebach St. was charged Wednesday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances; 4th or subsequent offense), driving on a DUI suspended license, third-degree assault on a police officer or probation officer, resisting arrest, menacing and second-degree disorderly conduct.
Damian D. Brown, 35, of the 2100 block of McFarland Ave. was charged Wednesday with theft by unlawful taking (theft of an automobile) $10,000 or more and under $1,000,000.
