A juvenile was charged Monday with trafficking in marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, second-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (hallucinogens) and possession of a handgun by a minor.
Jennifer L. Greenwell, 45, of the 1600 block of E. 19th St. was charged Monday with tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Alicia Garner, 38, of the 1500 block of W. 5th St. was charged Monday with second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument.
