David E. Canary, 30, of the 1300 block of Burlew Blvd. was charged Tuesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), tampering with physical evidence and possession of drug paraphernalia.
John L. Beam, 48, of the 2500 block of Carryback Ct. was charged Tuesday with driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances).
