A theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Saturday in the 3100 block of KY 54. Contents were reported stolen at a value of $869.84.
In the 5000 block of Frederica St. on Saturday, a theft by unlawful taking (shoplifting) $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. Contents were reported stolen at a value of $552.58.
A traffic accident occurred Saturday on W. 9th St. at 11:11 a.m. Drivers Arthur K. Nelson, 38, of the 1600 block of Cokesbury Ct. and Spencer K. Riney, 29, of the 2900 block of Tanglewood Dr. were driving in the accident. Riney’s passenger, Skilynn Riney, a juvenile, was injured in the accident and transported to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for injuries.
A one-vehicle traffic accident occurred Saturday in the 4300 block of Old Hartford Rd. at 1:43 a.m. Melissa M. Hayden, 41, of the 2100 block of Fieldcrest Dr. was injured in the wreck and was taken to OHRH for treatment of injuries.
