Latosha D. Barrett, 39, of the 500 block of Hall St. was charged Wednesday with first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance.
Jeremiah Harris, 41, of the 400 block of W. 9th St. was charged Wednesday with trafficking in a controlled substance.
