A second-degree burglary was reported Wednesday in the 700 block of W. 13th St. $140 in cash was reported stolen.
A theft by unlawful taking (theft of a controlled substance) under $10,000 was reported Thursday in the 1600 block of W. 4th St.
In the 100 block of W. Veterans Blvd. on Thursday, a theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported at Smothers Park. A water fountain was reported stolen at a value of $850.
In the 1600 block of Pearl St. on Thursday, a theft by unlawful taking (theft of an automobile) and a third-degree burglary were reported. A 2006 Chevy Silverado was reported stolen at a value of $9,000.
A second-degree assault was reported Thursday in the 2200 block of McFarland Ave. A kitchen knife with blood on it was discovered by authorities.
