A traffic accident injured one person on Monday in the 4100 block of Frederica St. at 3:08 p.m. Drivers Kirstie N. Vanover, 26, of the 300 block of Booth Ave. and Xavier T. Rosalez, 30, of the 1200 block of East Byers Ave. were involved in the accident. Rosalez was injured and taken to Owensboro Health Regional Hospital for treatment.

 

A theft by unlawful taking (theft of an automobile) $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Saturday in the 1300 block of E. 19th St. A vehicle was reported stolen at a value of $3,500.

 

A first-degree sexual abuse (victim under 12 years of age) was reported Sunday on Pennbrooke Ave.

 

In the 1000 block of W. 7th St. on Monday, a theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported. A pair of dentures was reported stolen at a value of $800.

 

In the 1200 block of E. 20th St. on Monday, a second-degree burglary was reported.

 

A theft by unlawful taking $500 or more and under $10,000 was reported Monday in the 2200 block of St. Mark Ct. $2,300 in U.S. currency was reported stolen.

 

A first-degree rape was reported Monday on W. Cloverdale Dr.

 

In the 600 block of Bolivar St. on Monday, a third-degree burglary was reported. A bicycle was reported stolen at a value of $130.

 

In the 1500 block of Roosevelt Rd. on Monday, a second-degree burglary was reported.
