Matthew Rhineburger, 28, of the 1800 block of Hughes Ave. was charged Wednesday with menacing, third-degree possession of a controlled substance, resisting arrest and alcohol intoxication.
Nichole Glover, 49, of the 2300 block of Carter Rd. was charged Wednesday with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (meth), first-degree possession of a controlled substance (opiates) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
