Shaina M. Martin, 31, of the 2000 block of E. 10th St. was charged Thursday with possession of marijuana, third-degree possession of a controlled substance and tampering with physical evidence.
Jeremy H. English, 41, of the 1800 block of Churchill Dr. was charged Thursday with fourth-degree assault and first-degree fleeing/evading police.
Jessica Johnson, 34, of the 400 block of E. 20th St. was charged Thursday with reckless driving, second-degree fleeing/evading police, second-degree disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Wayne J. Travis, 69, of the 400 block of W. 2nd St. was charged Thursday with reckless driving and driving under the influence (aggravated circumstances).
Jacklyn R. Jackson, 21, of the 2300 block of Pardon Ave. was charged Thursday with second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree fleeing/evading police and theft of identity of another without consent.
